Outstanding Teen Application
Teen Residency Requirements
Teen candidates must be a current resident of the state of Texas for at least thirty (30) days prior to our competition.
Teen candidates must reside in the following counties for their entire reign in order to compete for the Outstanding Teen San Antonio title.
Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Wilson
Teen Qualifications for 2023
The candidate must be a female at least thirteen (13) years of age on the first day of the Texas State Competition and not older than eighteen (18) on December 31, 2023.
The candidate must have their application submitted by their parent or legal guardian.
The candidate must be a United States citizen.
The candidate must be a current resident of the state of Texas for at least 6 months.
The candidate cannot currently hold any other title in any other system.
The candidate must meet character criteria as set forth by Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization.
The candidate must be in excellent health to meet the job requirements.
The candidate must be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities as set forth by the local program in which they compete.
The candidate must not be eligible to compete as a Teen contestant.
Former Miss San Antonio’s Outstanding Teen titleholders are not eligible to compete for the Miss San Antonio’s Outstanding Teen title.
The candidate must process a $125 non-refundable Application Fee to compete for a Teen title. The application is not complete until the Application Fee is submitted.

The Teen Paperwork has not yet been updated for 2023. You can skip this step for now but it will be required to complete your application. We will inform everyone who submits an application when the paperwork is ready for submission.
