Miss Residency Requirements
Miss candidates must be a current resident of the state of Texas for at least thirty (30) days prior to our competition.
Miss candidates must reside in the following counties for her entire reign in order to compete for the Miss San Antonio title.
Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Wilson
Miss Qualifications for 2023
The contestant must be a female at least nineteen (19) years of age by the State Pageant date and not older than twenty-six (26) on December 31, 2023.
The contestant must be a high school graduate or have a successfully completed G.E.D. by the State Pageant date.
The contestant must be a United States citizen.
The contestant must have never been married and have never had any children.
The contestant cannot currently hold any other title in any other system.
The contestant must meet the character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization.
The contestant must be in excellent health to meet the job requirements.
The contestant must be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities as set forth by the Miss San Antonio Organization.
The Miss San Antonio titleholder is required to make many appearances. Many of these are mandatory and will occur during the 10 days of Fiesta San Antonio.
